Heard on I.A.No.10484/2023, which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the applicant.

T h e present revision has been filed by the applicant being aggrieved by the judgment and conviction dated 01.04.2023 passed by the Sessions Judge, Khandwa in Cr.A.No.60/2022, whereby the judgment and convicted dated 22.02.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Khandwa has been affirmed by reducing the sentence of one year to six month.

Learned counsel for the Objector/respondent submits that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties and compromise deed has been effected. He has no objection with regard to grant of bail and suspension of sentence of the appellant.

Upon joint request made by the parties and after going through the compromise

deed, this Court is of the opinion that the matter be pleased before the Next Lok Adalat.

Under the circumstances, IA No. 10484/2023 is allowed and it is hereby directed that till the next date of hearing the jail sentence of the applicant is suspended upon his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.

List the matter for compromise before the Next Lok Adalat. C.C. as per rules.
