      This appeal coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the

                                  ORDER

This appeal under Section 378 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the appellant against the order dated 07/09/2022 passed by Special Judge (Electricity Act) & 3rd Additional Session Judge, Ganjbasoda, District- Vidisha (M.P.) in Case No.3407/2019, whereby learned Court dismissed the private complaint filed by the appellant company and acquitted the accused under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the impugned judgment passed by the trial Court, this Court is of the view that no

illegality has been committed by the trial Court in passing the judgment. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby dismissed.
