Petitioner's contention is that petitioner was placed under suspension vide order dated 16.12.1986 due to pendency of a criminal case. Signature Not Verified SAN Petitioner was acquitted in the said criminal case vide judgment dated

Criminal Case No.1883/2006. Thereafter, CMHO, Sagar had made a recommendation to the Commissioner Health Services to reinstate the petitioner but that recommendation is gathering dust and has not been decided by the Commissioner Health Services.

This petition can be disposed of by directing the Commissioner Health Services that if he has yet not acted on the recommendation dated 29.09.2021, Annexure P-5 made by the CMHO, Sagar then he shall decide the same within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order being passed today.

This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

In above terms, this petition is disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
