Sharma, Advocate and his associates have filed vakalatnama on behalf Dilip Sharma-Appellant. It is an appeal against acquittal challenging the judgment dated 27.07.2022 passed in ST No.348/2014; however, neither the appellant nor his counsel is present in person.
List this appeal (i.e. Criminal Appeal No.7235 of 2022) along with Criminal Appeal No.8224 of 2022, for hearing, after four weeks.
