This petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the land in question of the petitioners as well as to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 not to take any coercive action against the petitioners.

In brief facts are that the civil suit of the petitioners for permanent injunction was dismissed by the judgment dated 21.11.2022 therefore, preferred this petition has been filed.

After perusing all the documents attached with the petition, it appears that this Court is of the considered view that no ground is made out in this case for

interference, therefore, this petition sans merit and is hereby dismissed.

Petitioner has to avail other remedy as available to him, in accordance with law before appropriate forum. No cognizance can be taken under extra ordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.
