Present revision has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the judgment passed by the trial Court. Maximum sentence is one year.
Heard on I.A. No.4004/2023, which is an application for suspension of
sentence and grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner- Sher Khan.
Under the circumstances and in view of the short sentence of one year and the fact that the petitioner has been in judicial custody, application is allowed and his sentence is suspended. It is directed that the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
Record of the trial court is received. List this case on top of the list on 19/06/2023 for final hearing at
motion stage for final disposal.
