                                This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the

This miscellaneous petition has been preferred by the petitioner/defendant

challenging the order dated 19.09.2022 passed by 10t h Civil Judge Class-II, Bhopal in civil suit no.790-A/2021 whereby application filed by the defendant/petitioner under Section 10 of CPC has been dismissed.

pending civil suits in one Court with the further direction to decide the same together on the same date just with a view to avoid passing of conflicting judgment(s) in both the suits.
