Call for the record of the trial Court. Present appeal has been filed by the appellant being aggrieved by the aforementioned judgment passed by the trial Court. Maximum sentence is 3

years.

Heard on I.A.No.732 of 2023 which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail on behalf of the appellant.

The maximum sentence imposed by the learned trial Court is 3 years which has already been suspended by the trial Court. Under the circumstances, I.A.No.732 of 2023 is allowed. It is directed that the appellant shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.

List the case on 08.02.2023 for order on admission. C.C. as per rules.
