Present appeal has been filed by the appellant being aggrieved by the aforementioned judgment passed by the trial Court. The maximum sentence
imposed by the learned trial Court is 3 years.
Heard on I.A.No.32 of 2023 which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail on behalf of the appellant.
Looking to the short sentence of three years imposed upon the appellant by the learned trial Court, I.A.No.32 of 2023 is allowed and his sentence is suspended. It is directed that the appellant shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
Call for the record of the trial Court.
Thereafter, list the case on 07.02.2023 for order on admission. C.C. as per rules.
