                               This appeal coming on for orders this day, JUSTICE SUJOY PAUL

                         passed the following:
                                                             ORDER

I.A. No.14960/2022 filed under Order 23 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure is taken up.

In the previous part of the day, this Court directed the parties to remain present before learned Registrar (Judicial) for verification of the compromise. In turn, parties appeared before the said Registrar.

The Registrar submitted his report dated 09/01/2023 and found that the Signature Not Verified Signed by: MANJU Signing time:

parties voluntarily and without there being any undue influence or pressure, entered into a compromise.

Considering the aforesaid, joint prayer is allowed. Parties entered into the settlement on following terms :-

"That, marriage of both the parties solemnized on 1402/2009 is declared as dissolved from the date of judgment and Decree. The appellant has paid an amount of Rs,5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lac Only) through D.D. No.278497 dated 24/11/2022 drawn on Bank of Baroda Branch Saket Nagar, Bhopal to respondent for permanent alimony and also returned all ornaments."

Considering the aforesaid, First Appeal is allowed in terms of settlement.

The Registry shall draw decree in terms of the said settlement. The First Appeal stands disposed off.
