                                        Th is revision coming on for hearing this day, th e court passed the
                                  following:
                                                                    ORDER

By order dated 26.9.2022 the matter was referred to district Legal Services Authority, Ujjain to appoint a mediator. Mediation report has been received.

It is stated that parties have compromised the matter. It is lawful and without any fear and coercion.

The present revision is filed against the judgment dated 3.09.2013 passed by Special Judge and ASJ, Ujjain in Criminal Appeal No.240/2012 Signature Not Verified Signed by: MUKTA CHANDRASHEKHAR KOUSHAL Signing time: 09-Jan-23 5:49:33 PM

arising out of judgment passed by JMFC, Badnagar in criminal case No.400/2008 whereby the applicants have been convicted under section 323 and 341 IPC and sentenced to undergo 6 months RI and 15 days RI with fine of Rs.500/- each.

The incident is said to have taken place in the year 2005. The matter has been compromised between the parties. No purpose would be served n sending the applicants in jail, particularly when the matter has been compromised.

In view of aforesaid, revision petition is allowed. Conviction and sentence of the applicants is set aside. Applicants are acquitted from the charges in view of the compromise. The bail bond of the applicants stand

discharged.
