                                  This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the
                           following:
                                                                   ORDER

Though the writ petition is listed for admission, but with the consent of both the parties it is heard finally.

Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset submits that this matter is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 13.12.2010 Annexure P/3 delivered in Writ Petition No.6528/2010 (S) (B.S. Rajouriya and and Others Vs. decide the same expeditiously.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:-

(i) The petitioners shall submit detailed representation enclosing the copies of Annexure P/3 and the order passed today before the respondent No.2 and 3.

(ii) In turn, the respondent No.2 and 3 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within three months by passing a speaking order.

(iii) The outcome of the representation shall be communicated to the petitioners and if the authority comes to conclusion that the petitioners are entitled for claim then the same be extended to them forthwith.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
