Present appeal has been filed by the appellants being aggrieved by the aforementioned judgment passed by the trial Court. Maximum sentence is 2 years.
Heard on I.A.No.16282/2022 which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.
In view of the short sentence of two years imposed upon the appellants by the learned trial court, the application is allowed. It is directed that the appellants shall be enlarged on bail upon their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
Record of the trial court is received. Appeal is admitted for final hearing.
