                     This Appeal being arguable is admitted for final hearing on the following
        substantial questions of law:

                                       "Whether the Courts below erred in law in relying
                              upon the Will, Exhibit P/1 executed by Smt. Bhagwati Bai

                              in favour of the plaintiffs or not?"

                     Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee by registered

AD mode payable within a period of seven working days.

Also heard on I.A. No.11562/2022, an application for stay. Issue notice of this application to the respondents on payment of process fee by registered AD mode payable within a period of seven working days.

As an interim measure, it is directed that the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree shall remain stayed subject to deposit of

Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) per year by the appellants. The mesne profit shall be deposit by 31st March every year. Any default in deposit of mesne profit shall automatically result in recall of this interim order.

List this case in the week commencing 10.04.2023 for confirmation of stay.
