      Th is revision coming on for hearing this day, th e court passed the
following:
                                    ORDER

This revision is pending since 2010. Despite this revision is listed in

directions matters, none appeared on behalf of petitioner.

Perused the record of the trial Court as well as appellate Court. The appellate Court by its judgment dated 04.05.2010 convicted the petitioner for the offence under Section 325 of IPC and sentenced him one year R.I. and fine of Rs.1000/-, who preferred an appeal before appellate Court. Appellate Court affirmed the appeal.

As per the evidence came on record as well as record of the appellate Court, there is no illegality committed by the Courts below.

Accordingly, this revision is dismissed.
