                                  Th is revision coming on for hearing this day, th e court passed the
                            following:
                                                                 ORDER

This criminal revision is pending since 2010 and despite case is listed in

direction matter, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

The criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment dated 05.08.2010 passed by First Additional Sessions Judge Guna in Cr.A. No.330/2009 affirming the judgment dated 10.11.2009 passed by JMFC Guna in case No. 2782/2006 by which petitioner has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 325 of IPC and sentenced him to undergo 1 year R.I. with fine of Rs.500/- with default stipulation.

the Trial Court as well as Appellate Court based on conjuncture and surmises and contradictory evidence brought on record.

Upon perusing the records of the Court below, this Court is of the considered opinion that no illegality has been committed by the courts below in passing the impugned judgments which need no interference.

Consequently, present criminal revision stands dismissed.
