During the course of hearing, learned senior counsel placed reliance on I.A.No.2949 of 2019, an application filed under Section 391 of the Cr.P.C. He
further apprised the Court that although a counter case was registered but parties have entered into a compromise in the said case.
On a question being raised from the Bench, learned counsel prays for and is granted two weeks' time to apprise the Court whether that compromise deals with the house in question for which quarrel had taken place.
The judgment of counter case be placed on record.
