This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C has been filed against the order dated 22.09.2022 by which charge has been framed.

It has been informed by the office that the original Sessions Trial out of which present petition had arisen stands disposed of vide judgment dated 06.12.2022.

In the light of the aforesaid status report, nothing remains to be adjudicated further.
