the following:
                                  ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 24/10/2018 passed in S.T. No.325/2016.

O n perusal of status report filed by the Registry, it reveals that the petitioner has already been acquitted from the aforesaid S.T. 325/2016 vide judgment dated 22/07/2022 passed by the VI Additional Sessions Judge,

Gwalior, District Gwalior.

In view of the above, this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as rendered infructuous.
