      This application coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed
the following:
                                  ORDER

This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for deleting name of applicant from charge sheet filed in Crime No.542/2015 registered at police station Ashoknagar (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 407 of the IPC.

As per the status/office report, the impugned proceedings (trial) stands

concluded and acquittal has been recorded vide judgment dated 28/12/2021 by the JMFC, Ashoknagar (M.P.) in RCT.No.1000609/2015 In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this petition to address upon and the same is hereby dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
