                                This revision coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed the
                          following:
                                                             ORDER

Applicant-accused Jagdish Sahu and complainant Karan Singh are present in person. Both are identified by Shri Ramanuj Choubey, Advocate.

Both parties have submitted that the matter has been compromised between accused and complainant.

Applicant -accused Jagdish Sahu prays for return of amount deposited by him before the trial court vide Book No. 4424 Serial No. 68 dated 04.02.2019 of Rs. 64875/- & Book No. 4299 Serial No. 31 dated 18.01.2018 Signature Not Verified Signed by: ARVIND KUMAR MISHRA Signing time: 2/13/2023 3:25:17 PM

of Rs. 55125/-.

The trial Court is directed to return the amount so deposited by the accused-applicant before the trial court as mentioned above.

The learned Court below concerned is directed to release bail bonds of the petitioner subject to depositing of 02% of the fine amount i.e. of the amount of Rs.2,20,500/- as compounding the offence in the Lok Adalat in view of the direction given by the Division Bench of This Court in the case of Ramesh Chandra vs. State of M.P. ILR 2012 MP 320 within a period of one months from today, failing which, the judgment dated 14.01.2019 passed in Criminal

appeal No. 02/2018 by 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Sehore, shall remain enforced.

Accordingly, this revision is disposed off with aforesaid direction. Certified copy as per rules.
