      This application coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed
the following:
                                  ORDER

This MCRC filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure arising out of judgment of conviction dated 11.01.2022 passed in Case No.RCT/1825/2017 by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhopal (MP).

Petitioner has been convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. It has been directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,45,000/- towards amount of compensation with default stipulation.

Parties contend that amicable settlement has been arrived at between the

parties and a sum of Rs.40,000/- has been paid to complainant which is accepted by her without any coercion.

In view of amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, judgment dated 11.01.2022 passed in Case No.RCT/1825/2017 is set aside.

It is informed that the petitioner is suffering incarceration. Let the petitioner be released, if already not required in any other case. With aforesaid, this MCRC is disposed off.
