                                This application coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed

                          the following:
                                                             ORDER

This applicant under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has filed the application challenging the order dated 15.03.2022 passed by Shri Uday Singh Maravi, Additional Sessions Judge, Special Court-08 Jabalpur in Criminal Appeal No.53/2021. By the impugned judgment the Lower Appellate Court has declined to interfere with the order of conviction under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act passed by the Court of Shri S.S. Magistrate First Class on 03/03/2021, wherein the applicant has been sentenced for 6 months Rigorous Imprisonment and also compensation to the tune of Rs.3,60,000/-.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submits that the amount of compensation to the tune of Rs.3,60,000/- has been paid to the complainant.

In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, the judgment of conviction passed by the Court of Shri S.S. Jamra, Judicial Magistrate First Class dated 03/03/2021 and the judgement dated 15/03/2022 passed by Shri Uday Singh Maravi, Additional Sessions Judge, Special Court-08 Jabalpur in Criminal Appeal No.53/2021 are set aside.

Accordingly, M.Cr.C. stands disposed of.
