This petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of the FIR bearing crime No. 492/2017 registered at police station Kotwali, District Guna.

On perusal of the status report filed by the Office, it reveals that the petitioners have already been acquitted from the aforesaid crime No. 492/2017 registered at police station Kotwali, District Guna vide judgment dated 14/11/2022 passed in RCT No. 5908/2017 by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Guna (M.P.) In view of the above, this petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as rendered infructuous.
