                                  T h is petition coming on for orders this day, t h e cou rt passed the
                           following:
                                                                 ORDER

Present petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to decide the pending representation submitted for grant of compassionate appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being a married daughter is entitled to claim the compassionate appointment. He has further placed reliance on a judgment passed by this Court in case of W.A. No.756/2019 (Meenakshi Dubey v/s M.P. Poorva Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

respondents be directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner.

Learned Govt. Advocate submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to decide the pending representation within 60 days with speaking and reasoned order from the production of certified copy of this order.
