Learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the judgment passed by trial Court in case No.226/2002 dated 3.08.2007 is not part of the paper book but same is required to argue the matter.

Thus, Registry may be directed to supply the copy of judgement dated 3.08.2007 to the parties.

The reasonable prayer is allowed.

Learned counsel for both the parties approach the Registry, the Registry shall supply the copy of said judgment dated 3.08.2007 to both the parties during the course of this week.
