IN THE HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH
AT INDORE
SA No. 2673 of 2018
(MANGLIYA AND OTHERS Vs THAKUR KIRTISINGH AND OTHERS)
Dated : 02-02-2023
Ms. Nidhi Bohara, learned counsel for the appellant.
Shri Jitendra Bharat Mehta, learned counsel for the respondent No.1.
The present appeal is filed against the judgment dated 18.11.2009. Admittedly this appeal is barred by limitation and office has not calculated the limitation as the certified copy of impugned judgment has not been filed.
Appellant has filed the application seeking exemption from filing the certified copy, such an exemption cannot be granted as this filing of certified copy of impugned order is the requirement of High Court Rules and order hence, application is rejected.
Let certified copy of the impugned judgment be filed along with an application of condonation of delay.
Let entire exercise be completed within 15 days failing which this appeal shall be treated as dismissed.
