The present appeal has been filed by the appellant being aggrieved by the aforementioned judgment passed by the learned trial court. Maximum sentence imposed upon him is four years.

Heard on I.A. No.2325/2023, which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

In view of the short sentence of four years imposed upon the appellant who is aged 64 years by the learned trial court and the fact that appeal would take long time to be heard and decided, the application is allowed. It is directed that the appellant shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
