Appeal is admitted on following substantial question of law:-

" Whether, the plaintiff based his claim on the basis of

adoption but no issue was framed yet the court decided the case, therefore the judgment of courts below are not sustainable in the eyes of law ?"

Issue notice of final hearing to respondents No. 1 to 4 by RAD post on payment of process fee within seven working days, failing which appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Notice be made returnable within eight weeks.

List after service of notice.

Till next date of hearing both the parties are directed to maintain status quo as regards suit property.
