This second appeal under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 20/07/2023 passed

by 3rd District Judge, District- Gwalior (M.P.) in Regular Civil Appeal No.143/2019 arising out of the judgment and decree dated 30/07/2019 passed by 7th Civil Judge, Class-I, District - Gwalior (M.P.) in Case No.RCSA/7000481/2016..

The appeal involves and is admitted on the following substantial questions of law;

Issue notice to respondent No.1 on payment of process fee by RAD mode within seven working days, returnable within eight weeks.

Also heard on IA No.5049/2023, an application under Order 39 Rule 1& 2 read with Section 151 of CPC.

Meanwhile, parties are directed to maintain status quo regarding suit property till next date of hearing.
