The record reveals that by order of this Court dated 28.11.2022 petitioner No.1 was directed to send back to the Central Jail for undergoing the incarceration in another case.

In view of the above, Jail Authority is directed to prepare chart of

confinement of the petitioners in present case (Cr.A. No.86 of 2006) during trial as well as after judgment dated 29.03.2007 passed by II Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track), Sheopur and submit its report before this Court on the next date of hearing.

List the case after a week.
