                           District Betul has dismissed the suit of the plaintiff regarding the suit property.
                                    Learned trial Court at Betul, by judgment and decree dated 11.11.2022
                           has also dismissed the appeal of the plaintiff.
                                    The instant appeal is admitted on the following substantial question of
                           law :-

                                        "Whether the learned Courts below are justified by holding
                                        that the suit property was not the property of undivided
                                        property of Joint Hindu Family of both the parties ?"
                                    Issue notice to the respondents of instant appeal as well as substantial

question of law on payment of P.F. within seven working days, returnable

within eight weeks.
