Nobody is appearing for the petitioner. Perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to enter his name in the revenue records of village -Duari, Tahsil - Gurh, District - Rewa in respect of land bearing khasra number 2097 admeasuring 0.243 hectare. judgment and decree of the Civil Court in Regular Civil Appeal No.12-A/2006 decided on 13.07.2006.

Learned Government Advocate Shri Subodh Kathar is in agreement that this petition can be disposed of with the direction to the Tahsildar, tahsil - Gurh to take into consideration the request of the petitioner and if it is in accordance with law, then after hearing all the concerned interested parties shall pass appropriate orders on its own merits. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
