Learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that the

order passed by the High Level Caste Scrutiny Committee was challenged in Writ Petition No. 4794 of 2020 and the order passed in that writ petition by Co- ordinate Bench of this Court was challenged by respondent No. 1 in Writ Appeal No. 1668 of 2022 before Division Bench of this Court. Learned Division Bench allowed the writ appeal and set aside the order passed by Co- ordinate Bench of this Court. Further submission is that the copy of the judgment passed in Writ Appeal No. 1668 of 2022 is relevant and is required to support the case of respondent No. 1, therefore, an opportunity be granted to file certified copy of the judgment passed yesterday in the writ appeal as well as

to add new ground in his reply about this improvement.

On the other hand, Shri Ajay Bhargava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that personal appearance of respondent No. 1 is necessary and he be directed to appear in person before this Court on the next date of hearing.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the matter is adjourned for filing the certified copy of the judgment passed in Writ Appeal No. 1668 of 2022.
