Learned counsel for the parties submit that both the parties have compromised and settled their disputes and differences between them.

The complainant and convicted appellants are present in person in the Court. The aforesaid submission is made drawing strength from the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the cases of Jagdish Channa & Others Vs. State of Haryana and Another, AIR 2008 SC 1968 and Narindra Singh & Others Vs. State of Punjab (2014) 6 SCC 466.

Learned counsel for the respondent/ State has no objection.

Let both the parties shall appear before the Principal Registrar at 2:30 for recording of their statements after duly identified by their respective counsel.

List this case for order tomorrow i.e. 09-08-2023.
