Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of complaint case No.SC NIA/942/2016 (Filing No./SC NIA No.15868/2016) pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jabalpur (MP).

2. As per report received from trial Court, case has already been decided by judgment dated 30.10.2018 and petitioner has been convicted.

3. In view of same, petition has become infructuous, hence, same is dismissed as infructuous.
