Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 12.07.2023 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Bhopal, Division Bhopal, who has dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner under the provision of

Rajya Suraksha Adhiniyam, 1990 and has maintained the orders of externment passed by the Collector, Sehore on 24.04.2023.

It is submitted that Collector, Sehore has passed orders of externment on hypothetical and imaginary grounds. List of 17 cases as shown. Last case was registered in the year 2022. From serial No.7 to 17 all the cases are under Sections 107, 116(3) of Cr.P.C. or 110 of Cr.P.C. Out of the first six cases listed under various sections of IPC, petitioner has been acquitted in three cases namely crime No.10/2011 under Sections 323, 506, 334, 506, 34 of IPC vide judgment dated 01.11.2011 in R.T. No.775/2011 passed by JMFC, Sehore.

Similarly, he was acquitted in Crime No.338/2014 under Sections 302, 450, 147, 148, 149 of IPC and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act vide judgment dated 28.01.2017 in S.T. No.45/2015 by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sehore. Similarly, he was fined in Crime No.55/2017 under Sections 279, 337 of IPC and Sections 146/196 of Motor Vehicle Act.
