                                 This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the
                           following:
                                                              ORDER

By way of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India a limited prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner that the representation (Annexure P/1) be decided by the respondent authorities for Signature Not Verified Signed by: PAWAN KUMAR Signing time: 28-04-2023 06:33:06 PM

grant of pay scale akin to Class-III post to which the petitioner belongs and which has been accorded to the similar situated persons in view of the order passed in W.P. No.13540/2010, R.K. Lakhera and Ors. vs. State of M.P. and Ors., decided on 13.12.2012.

The prayer so made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned Government Advocate.

The innocuous prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is exceeded t o and the petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent authorities to decide the representation (Annexure P/1) dated 22.03.2021 made by the petitioner, in the light of the judgment passed in W.P. No.13540/2010

as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed off. Certified copy as per rules/directions.
