Shri Ravindra Paliwal - learned counsel for the appellant.

Ms. Kalpana Parmar - learned PL for the respondent/State.

Present appeal has been filed by the appellant being aggrieved by the aforementioned judgment passed by the trial Court. Maximum sentence is 1 year.

Heard on I.A.No.7309/2023 which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

In view of the short sentence of one year imposed upon the appellant by the learned trial court and the fact that appeal will take long time to be heard and decided, the application is allowed. It is directed that the appellant shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.

Record of the trial be called for.

List thereafter.
