Heard on I.A. No. 7978/2023 seeking temporary suspension of sentence to attend the marriage of real sister.
The impugned judgment shows that appellant was convicted on only
10.05.2022, the nature of allegations are very serious.
Considering the aforesaid, we are are not inclined to suspend the remaining jail sentence on temporary basis.
At this stage, aforesaid I.A. is dismissed.
Shri Rajendra Yadav, Advocate seeks permission for withdrawal of I.A. No. 17055/2022 for regular suspension of sentence.
In absence of opposition, prayer is allowed. Accordingly, I.A. No. 17055/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
