1. Shri Tarun Kushwaha, learned Govt. Advocate for respondent/State, has brought to the notice of this Court that he has received letter dated 22.4.2023 from Superintendent, Central Jail

Ujjain informing that the appellant has expired in a road accident while on parole. He has produced the copy of the said letter.
