"1. Whether Shri S.K.Jain, the then Senior Divisional Manager

was competent to file the Civil Suit ?

2. Whether the first appellate court erred in law by proceeding ex-parte against the appellant ?"

Since respondent is being represented by her counsel, therefore, it is not necessary to issue any notice.

Counsel for the appellant is directed to supply a copy of memo of appeal along with substantial questions of law to Shri Rajesh Nema, counsel for the respondent.

Also heard on I.A.No.12634/2019, an application for stay.

Shri Nema prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file reply to this application.

In the meanwhile, the effect and operation of the judgment and decree passed by the appellate court shall remain stayed.
