                           This petition coming on for orders this day, the court passed the following:

The petitioner is aggrieved for non grant of benefit of second kramonnat time pay scale as per the ciriculars of the government.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Tejulal Yadav Vs. State of MP (2009(1) ILR 1326). The petitioner has submitted a representation on 20.7.2022 but the same has not been decided.

After hearing learned counsel for petitioner, I deem it proper to dipose off the present petition with liberty to file a detailed and comprehensive representation along with the judgment of Tejulal (supra) and copy of the order passed today within a period of 15 days from today and if such representation

is submitted within the aforesaid period, the respondent No.4 shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation.
