                                                                                ORDER

Heard on IA No.2996/2022 which is an application for disposal of the petition in the light of the order dated 29.11.2018 passed in W.P. No. 4008/2017 (Dhannalal Sahu vs. State of M.P. & Ors.).

In the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction for grant of second kramonnati with effect from 20.10.2005 in terms of the Circular dated Signature Not VerifiedDigitally signed by SAN SOUMYA RANJAN DALAI Date: 2022.10.27 17:45:53 IST 19.04.1999.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present

case is covered by the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Dhannalal Sahu (supra).

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it proper to dispose off the petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation along with copy of the order passed by this Court in the case of Dhannalal Sahu (supra) and today within 15 days from today and if such representation is submitted before the Competent Authority of the Respondents, the said Authority shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner after taking into consideration the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Dhannalal Sahu (supra) within a period of two months from the date of communication of

the order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed off.
