                           Ravi Malimath, Chief Justice passed the following:
                                                               ORDER

The appellant - Mrs. Seema, W/o Shri Rakesh Kumar Sharma and the respondent - Shri Rakesh Kumar Sharma, S/o Shri Ramji Lal Sharma are present in the Court. They have been identified by their respective counsels.

This appeal is filed against the judgement and decree dated 11.10.2005 passed by the Fourth Additional District Judge, Morena in Civil Suit No.49-A of 1996, whereby a decree of divorce has been granted.

The appellant and the respondent have furnished an application for consent along with affidavit to confirm the judgment and decree of the trial Court wherein a decree of divorce has been granted annulling their marriage. They have also agreed upon various terms and conditions as mentioned in the application. Therefore, both of them plead that the appeal be disposed off in terms of the settlement arrived at between them.

In view of the same, this appeal is disposed off. The judgment and decree dated dated 11.10.2005 passed by the Fourth Additional District Judge, Morena in Civil Suit No.49-A of 1996 is affirmed based on the compromise effected between the parties. The decree be drawn up accordingly.
