Applicants who are facing sessions trial for commission of offence under Sections 306/ 34 of IPC have submitted that case is fixed for judgment before trial Court on 18.10.2022. Therefore, they have prayed that learned trial Court

be directed not to deliver the judgment in the matter till disposal of this petition.

Today, advocates have abstained themselves from appearing in the Court due to call given by M.P.High Court Bar, Jabalpur.

As case is fixed for judgment I see no reason to stay the delivery of judgement.

Therefore, application for stay is dismissed. List this case for final hearing at motion stage on 02.11.2022.
