As per the report received from Superintendent District Jail, Khandwa, it is revealed that on 02.12.2012 appellant/accused Raj @ Rajkumar was transferred to Central Jail, Indore.

Information about the period served out by him in ST No.156/2006 in

Central Jail, Indore has not been received so far.

Learned Government Advocate is directed to call for the report from Superintendent Central Jail, Indore about the period undergone by the appellant Raj @ Rajkumar with regard to the sentence passed in ST No.156/2006 (State of M.P. Vs. Raj @ Rajkumar) by third ASJ, Khandwa by judgment dated 31.12.2011.

List this case after ensuing summer vacation.
