Heard on the question of admission and interim relief. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of repatriation is stigmatic and without affording any opportunity of hearing, the petitioner has been
repatriated. Learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon the judgment of the Apex Court rendered in the case of Union of India Vs. Ramakrishnan and others, AIR 2005 SC 4295 in support of his contention.
Issue notice to the respondents by RAD mode on payment of process fee within a period of seven working days, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
Notices be made returnable within four weeks. In the meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned orders dated 22.04.2022 and 25.04.2022 (Annexure P/2 and P/3) shall remain stayed till the next
date of hearing.
List after four weeks.
