Heard on IA no.22700/2021, an application filed for issuance of appropriate directions to the trial Court for releasing amount of Rs.60,000/- deposited in compliance of order of bail dated 17/8/2012.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant deposited

Rs.60,000/- in cash before the trial Court as bail bond. Because trial Court disposed of the case vide judgment dated 4/3/2016 passed by Special Judge (CBI) Bhopal in Special Case no.18/2012 and discharged that bail bonds. So that amount be returned to the appellant.

Because the appellant filed that bail bonds before the trial Court and also deposited the amount before the trial Court. So, the appellant is directed to file an appropriate application before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the IA is disposed off.

Since the appeal has already been admitted. So, list for final hearing in due

course.
