Heard on I.A.No.28817/2021, a second repeat application for suspension of sentence on behalf of the appellant who has been convicted and sentenced for the offence punishable under section 302 IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment with fine of Rs.500/- vide judgment dated 16.05.2019 passed in

S.T.No.55/2015 by Ist ASJ, Manasa, district Neemuch.

The first application was dismissed as withdrawn on 13.05.2021 and within a short span of one year the present second repeat application has been filed without there being any change in the circumstances so as to take a different view than the earlier one. This is an appeal of the year 2019 and we are not supposed to entertain a repeat application for suspension of sentence in a murder case within a short period. No case is made out and the application is rejected.
